The development runs in strips along the shore: rows of villas, passages between them, open grounds closer to the sea. The courtyards are private, and some of the houses have their own pools; they are clearly visible in the photographs from the air.

The height of the development is two floors, and this is the main difference between the quarter and the neighboring buildings: the roofline does not block the view from the neighbors' upper floors and does not give the quarter a “wall.”

There are no layouts of the villas in open sources. We will not draw them from photographs: not a single drawing that is not in the sources will appear on the site.
